Acceptance

By downloading or using Pipo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pipo.

About Pipo

Pipo is an independent, unofficial student utility. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Lyceum of the Philippines University. Pipo provides a read-only view of supported information from the LPU Cavite LMS.

Authorized use

Use Pipo only with an LMS account you own or are authorized to access. Follow your school’s rules, Moodle terms, academic policies, and applicable laws. Do not use Pipo to interfere with the LMS, bypass access controls, or access another person’s information.

Verify important information

Pipo does not replace the official LMS or communications from your school. Verify assignments, deadlines, grades, announcements, and course requirements in the official LMS before relying on them. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the school.

Third-party services

Pipo depends on services provided by LPU Cavite, Moodle, Apple, and GitHub. Their availability and rules are outside Pipo’s control. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Open-source license

Pipo’s source code is available under the MIT License. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.

No warranty

Pipo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Availability, accuracy, compatibility, and continued support are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pipo’s authors and contributors are not liable for claims, damages, missed deadlines, lost data, account issues, or other losses arising from use of Pipo or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and availability

Pipo may change, suspend, or stop features at any time. These terms may also change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
